    Filter/Strainer mesh is not exceptionally fine.  Please be sure to check out the photo of the filter.

    Stops stubborn leak back problems that may cause hard starting. This valve is designed to put inline where rubber hoses are used. Be sure to install it so the fuel can go in the direction desired. I have seen many a hard starting problem cured with one of these items.
